They take pride in their solar charging solutions so that customers can take power with them wherever they go. Through the innovation of products like portable and mountable solar panels, home energy storage kits, and power stations they ensure that their customer is never without power.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide inbound customer support
- Troubleshoot
- Provide knowledge on our products and services
- Take an average of 20-25 calls per day
- Build relationships with our customers
- Maintain a database of existing customer
- Take payments
- Provide technical support

- We need individuals that have a high school diploma or equivalent, MUST HAVE 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, excellent phone, and email manners and skills, and a friendly positive attitude.
