Customer Service Associate (4 day work week!) Job at Express Employment Professionals
Customer Service Associate opportunity available in the small, quiet town of Wellesley, MA for a mailing center! We are looking for someone who is able to work independently with little direction and somebody who can push promotions for proactive selling. If you enjoy working with a small team, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:
- Arrive to work a couple minutes early to open the store, along with closing
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Be proactive with store appearance and inventory
- Use a CMS software and POS systems while making transactions
- Prepare daily deposits
Requirements of Customer Service Associate:
- Being a reliable employee and always being on time!
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to be proactive as there is a lot of down time
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts (3 days off!)
Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour and up, based on experience
