Medix is hiring a Call Center Specialist in Burr Ridge, IL.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is motivated and eager to learn. If you are the right candidate for us you think of customer service as more than just a job, you are passionate about helping others and love to learn new things.
Responsibilities
Take anywhere from 40-60 calls in a day.
Take employee transfer calls.
Route the individual to the correct department/individual, and answering questions as necessary. These are quick phone calls.
Job Requirements
- 1 year Call Center Experience
- Ability to Multitask
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 dose of the Covid 19 vaccine prior to starting
Schedule
- 1:30 pm-10:30 pm Days Off: Friday, Saturday
