Customer Service Coordinator Job at Eagle Property Management
Eagle Property Management is looking for a new Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! This role will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating new work order requests and help facilitate communication between vendors, property owners and tenants. This candidate would be communicating with all parties via our Property Meld system by email, phone and text as necessary.
Note: This is not a field tech position. This is an in office position only.
An ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is highly organized, motivated and is able to follow designed policy and procedures. This team member would be working with remote team members as well as in office staff to facilitate their job duties and should have the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Skills / Experience:
- Property Meld and Appfolio experience is a plus but not required.
- Working knowledge of Office 365
- Customer Service / Relationship Management skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
