Lee Spring is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our Headquarter location in Brooklyn.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Must be willing to be a hands-on leader that focuses on the Customer and their experience while managing, training, and motivating a staff of Customer Service Agents
  • Works with the staff to carry out daily best practice initiatives to ensure top notch levels of service
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Helps drive sales growth and profitability by listening to and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
  • Communicate effectively and represent the company both internally with other departments and with outside parties
  • Takes ownership of customer issues and problems through to resolution
  • Actively participate in daily tasks as needed, by entering sales orders, change orders, expedite requests, RMA authorizations, and product quotations
  • Leads, guides and directs daily call center operations
  • Superior interpersonal skills and capability to work successfully in a collaborative environment
  • Develops new approaches to solve problems
  • Develop extensive knowledge of parts, service, and products of the company. Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Communicate daily with customers and team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Education and/or Experience

  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical procedures, and governmental regulation
  • Ability to write training procedures and work instructions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to travel, as needed, to other Lee Spring facilities
