Scope:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Inside Sales team, design engineering, and production to provide a direct communication to the rep and customer ensuring that order fulfillment maintains the standards set for those customers.
- Manage Inside Sales team to increase level of service to assigned field associates and provide escalation communication for customers, improve to quality and speed in gathering customer information.
- Troubleshoot account management issues specific to customer support/logistics
- Direct and coach Inside Sales team for continuous improvement of order entry speed and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary inter-company facilitator between all parties, (customer service, sales, production, purchasing, shipping
- Manage the quote process and establish pricing.
- Manages Sales Order Entry Systems to maintain integrity of systems between Sales, Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Manufacturing. Works with IT resolve issues and facilitate system improvements.
- Maintains and updates Quote Model in conjunction with input from Manufacturing and Cost Accounting, and Sales Management.
- Works with Cost Accounting to review and maintain accurate costing for WIP, Finished Goods inventory, and Sales Backlog.
- Creates procedures and conducts internal audits as required by Sarbanes-Oxley Requirements.
- Creates and maintains procedures as required to meet ISO Standards.
- Works with Accounts Receivable to process Credits and Debits as required to resolve customer collection issues. Reviews and approves Customer cancellations and monitors disposition thereof.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- PCB industry knowledge and familiarity with the technical aspects of the production process which impacts the production of the customers’ product, quick turn up to volume work.
- Knowledge of key metrics and report design in order to give efficient sales updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, skill in gathering information for market intelligence and determining customer specific needs and requirements.
- Supervise teams and motivate performance.
- Resolve issues quickly.
- Operate basic Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to follow up on sales opportunities.
- Give and receive information accurately and provide updates to management regarding the market environment.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three to five years of PCB industry experience, with one to three years in a supervisory role.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
