What is a Customer Service Representative?
This role helps maintain the integrity of the Georgia Clean Air Force program by providing information to motorist about the Vehicle Emission Inspection Program.
In this role, a successful candidate will independently respond to questions about the emission program rules and requirements, and assist customers who have lost emission inspection forms. This position also processes application waivers, exemptions, and extensions.
The Customer Service Representation requires the following skills:
- One year customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivation and strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be punctual, reliable, and work independently.
