We have multiple openings for customer service representatives with a freight & logistics company in the Eagan/Inver Grove Heights area. In this role you will be handling a mixture of incoming phone calls and emails from customers; assisting with the scheduling, tracking, and tracing of freight shipments. Customer Service Representative - $18/hr.
- Tracking and tracing shipments and freight loads for customers
- Set specific dates and times for delivery, pickups, and reschedules
- Gather and document accurate information to ensure successful pickup or delivery of shipment
- Complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring that ll orders are documented thoroughly
- Order entry and price quoting
- Mainly correspond with customers via email (100+ emails/day), and by phone (40-60 calls/day)
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience with freight terminology is highly preferred
