Job Details for Customer Service Representative:
- Schedule: M-F (8-hour shifts between 8am and 7pm), Sat 10am - 3pm once every 3 weeks
- Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr
- Location: Woodbridge, NJ
- MUST BE VACCINATED AND LIVE IN NEW JERSEY
- Four days in-office, one choice work from home day
Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Tech savvy and able to multitask on 3-5 screens/computer software systems simultaneously
- Answering phones and email requests regarding NJ auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies
- Delivering excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of product lines
- Accurately entering and updating insurance policy information into the processing system
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and data entry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
