Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (Ordering Department) is responsible for communicating with customers to place orders, calling customers for orders, receiving and entering orders, creating invoices as well as handling payment, filing and processing invoices, while supporting the sales representatives in the field.
· You will handle & execute all incoming and outgoing calls daily.
· You will provide exceptional customer service while communicating, selling, promoting our full portfolio and any other general interest to our customers
· You will work closely with account personnel to ensure that together the customer’s needs are met and assist other departments when needed.
· You will be expected to utilize your time productively & creatively.
· You will report problems to Customer Service Manager and recommend solutions.
· Other customer related duties as assigned or asked of by Customer Service Manager.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Sales & customer service experience – grocery/foodservice/telemarketing preferred
- To work on phones all day
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
