ROLE OVERVIEW

The Customer Service role integrates with the Social Media Content department and will drive collaboration with multiple Armani’s Closet teams including Marketing and others. You will assist in resolving customer related issues and help create quality content for our website, app, and social media channels. You will also lead activities that conceptualize innovative ideas to engage our customers and serve as the content expert in developing your team to constantly elevate the Armani’s Closet brand for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)

Orchestrate day-to-day content in the form of photos, videos, and GIFs to publish across our social media channels, but also on our website, app and other digital properties

Mentor and develop your direct reports across the Content team

Curate photos, videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and other supporting assets for our editorial shoots and campaigns -

You will support product launches, brand partnerships, store events, and influencer activations

Collaborate with teams across eCommerce, Marketing, Retail, Talent Acquisition, and more to understand product, editorial, and campaign requirements

Manage content calendar for all Brand divisions and follow up with the Content team to ensure deadlines are met and the quality of the work product is stellar

Stay abreast of new creative trends and insights, and generate ideas on how to best translate these across our Content and Social Media channels

Implement and use social listening tools to understand customer sentiment and uncover new areas of opportunity

You will create a best-in-class amplification and engagement strategy that will grow and nurture the customer community according to their behaviors, motivations, and interests

Manage a budget ensuring all activity is delivered on time and meets commercial goals

Develop the company’s brand image by designing and implementing a brand strategy

Conduct competitive and market analysis to establish a Unique Sales Proposition (USP) and brand messaging that would set us apart from competitors

Supervise the creation of marketing assets such as slogans, visual materials, articles, etc, as a representation of the brand and a way of creating and fostering a long-term relationship with consumers

Identify new, innovative strategies and platforms to actively engage customers across company via a diverse marketing mix

Design and implement creative development plans across online channels to help the company continue to pioneer ultra-fast fashion across new global markets and existing customer bases

Develop strategies to expand the brand to new audiences, such as building relationships with key influencers, celebrities, industry thought leaders, etcetera

Ensure customer service, advertising, marketing, and other activities align with the established brand image

Modify the brand image as necessary to reposition the company within the market

Reporting to the CMO, this role will have a strong background in the digital space, with deep experience working and managing content, graphics, and photography|video teams for successful fashion eCommerce businesses

They will have a strong and consistent creative vision grounded in storytelling, but will also be flexible in their approach, finding a balance between inspiring campaigns that enhance the brand and direct-response content that fuels the business

Measure campaign results and formulating initiatives to enhance the efforts and reach higher objectives

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per week
