Description:

You will be taking inbound calls from customers/patients requesting status updates on their prescriptions and orders as well as applications for the program. Patients will be putting in requests to receive free medication from the end client. There is a lengthy process from start to finish to get approved, so patients are constantly calling to get status updates as well as pharmacies to help with payments and rejections that may arise- you will be responsible for providing this information through learned knowledge and troubleshooting. Candidates will be assisting patients in filling out their paperwork as well to submit applications.

Patient Side: Overview of program, getting them signed up, helping them through the process.

Pharmacy Side: helping with rejections and status of medications and payments.

Some additional duties:

• enter orders, change orders, track shipments, enter customer notes.
• Maintain logs and records
• benefit investigations
• Answer questions regarding coupon and voucher support services
• make some outbound calls to customers, payers, and providers
• follow all HIPPA policies and procedures

1. High school diploma or GED required

Start Date and Work Hours: Training is slated to start on 5/24/23 - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK BETWEEN 8AM - 8PM, SHIFT WILL BE ASSIGNED AFTER 3-WEEK TRAINING PERIOD - Three weeks paid training from 9am-5:30pm - you can not miss any training
