Customer Service Representative Job at CAPP/USA
CAPP/USA is looking for a dynamic customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a positive attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchase orders
- Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
- Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary
- Ensures fulfillment of customer orders
- Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
- Documents sales by updating customer records
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years working in customer service preferred; Experience with HVAC or similar industry a plus
Required Skills
- Self-motivated
- Friendly and strong commitment to customer service
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic math and accounting skills
