GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service including efficient and accurate transaction processing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Greet clients warmly in a respectful and professional manner and provide remarkable client service.
- Answer and direct incoming client service calls.
- Conduct routine transactions within limits and established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments and process withdrawals.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of the day, verify deposit review and conduct close of day after all batches have been submitted.
- Verifies cash and processes change orders.
- Provide additional products including Cashier's checks and personal money orders.
- Vault custodian responsibilities include maintaining inventory, audits, etc. of cash vault.”
- Provides support for the Private Banking function, as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks related to new client set up, beneficiary changes, change of address, and other client custodial paperwork.
- Organize and schedule appointments with applicable software.
- Provide client correspondence via outgoing calls, emails, and letters.
- Manage mail system, dispersing incoming mail and preparing labels and postage for outgoing mail.
- Maintain and update client data in Customer Relationship Management and document storage systems.
- Maintain paper filing system for client documents and safekeeping records.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items when necessary and assist with other office management functions as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Requires six (6) months of cash handling and client service experience.
- Six (6) months of banking experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both clients and co-workers.
- Strong problem solver with the ability to pivot quickly to varying tasks.
- Mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy.
- Competence with computers, telephone, 10-key calculator and other office machinery.
