Customer Service Representative Job at D&W Diesel, Inc.
D&W Diesel, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Auburn, NY location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts
- Work to establish business relationships with customers
- Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
- Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications
- Handle and process the incoming and outgoing of parts and product
- Previous experience in a customer support role with effective communication skills
- Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
- Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn products
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
