Customer Service Representative
Duties:
General Office Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls
Work with customers to relieve concerns and issues
Service Crew Schedule:
Convert incoming phone calls to scheduled service visits
Enter customer data and scheduling information into a CRM system
Appropriately document appointments
Make follow up calls to confirm customer appointments
Other:
Continued education with weekly classroom training sessions to refine service knowledge and customer service etiquette.
Requirements:
Type 40 wpm
Strong verbal skills
Understanding or willingness to learn solution-based sales
Ability to work under pressure
Manage multiple and simultaneous timelines
Willingness and ability to make decisions quickly
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to learn a home service industry
Strong people skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs from the ground to shoulder height
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in team settings and well as independently
Willing to take on projects outside those defined above
Pay and Benefits:
$14- 17 / hour (based on performance)

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday (7:00-5:30)
Saturday (9:00-2:00 during fall and winter)
