We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Operations team. The Operations Analyst works alongside the Sales team to provide excellent service to member firms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete applications for insurance and annuity policies
- Processes applications focusing on accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure data integrity is maintained with all documentation
- Coordinate New Business requirements by interacting with advisors, clients, third parties and case managers
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to obtain and provide information to support operations functions
- Correspond daily with clients and advisors by email and phone
- Proactively review new business policies and follow-through on commitments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with e-application platforms (e.g. Firelight)
- Experience in the insurance sector or with RIAs with a focus in Operations Processing or Customer Service
- Life Insurance license
- Series 6 and 63
