Customer Service Representative
Position Responsibilities:
- Fields inbound phone calls on a daily basis for the purpose of promoting service, promotions, and products to gain new growth for the Service Business.
- Generates service appointments for Folsom Lake Honda to promote greater revenue.
- Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the Company's customer database system; enter notes in a timely basis and write in professional, clear, grammatically correct manner with complete details listed.
- Effectively manage special tasks as assigned by the Service Manager to contribute to overall success of the team, the department, and the organization.
- Provides daily, monthly and quarterly progress updates to Service Manager; maintains manager informed on all customer and personal concerns.
- Adapts to changing needs of BDC campaigns by given deadline.
- Correctly applies any applicable scripts within 24 hours of being provided by management.
- Communicates effectively with service customers within established time frames.
- Welcomes customers in the service drive and starts the repair order process.
Position Qualifications:
- Experience Preferred: A minimum of 1 year in position of customer service representative or similar positions in a call center environment.
- Strong character and work ethic
- Strong verbal and documentation skills
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Dependable, responsible Team Player with a positive attitude
- Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
