Customer Service Representative Job at GLR
Our rapidly growing Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
We are looking for a person who has high-volume phone skills and great customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Listen to customers’ concerns questions and or issues
- Resolve customers’ needs to the best of your ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering
questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible timeframes to schedule customers appointments.
- Refer issues and questions to managers as necessary
- Maintain excellent notes on customer profile by collecting data during customer
interactions
- Job Skills/Qualifications:
- Personable and attentive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communicator
- Familiar with the (Service Titan) or other CRM software used in connection with
customers information
- Knowledge of applicable products and markets
- Excellent Attendance
