Day-to-Day *
A top HVAC contracting client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a close-knit team of 3-5 representatives. This person will be responsible for using their internal tracking system (ServiceFactor), reviewing the dispatch board, answering/directing customer calls, working and liaising with other team members to coordinate service and scheduling, reporting, and data entry. This person must be on sight 5 days a week and work from 8AM-4:30PM. This position is a 6 month contract to hire and it is important to note that due to their busy summer season there are no vacations or time off except for emergencies from May 31st to August 31st in order to support their heavy demand.
