The Call Center Representative provides quality customer service for our clients automotive marketing campaigns - connecting consumers with the dealership. This position works onsite in a call center.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email and online chat regarding our clients marketing campaigns.
  • Ensures calls are efficiently and accurately handled, while following customized scripting, in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership
  • Accurately utilizing scripting for ad campaigns and maintaining the CRM database,recording customers interactions.
  • Maintaining a excellent customer service that encourages repeat business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, goal oriented and at times stressful environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances and overcome objections.
  • Excellent time management skills, results driven and a team player.
  • English required (Bilingual-Spanish is a plus).
  • This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
