Jack & Jill Plumbing serving Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced part-time to full-time Customer Service Representative. This multifaceted position includes handling client calls regarding residential plumbing needs while using high-quality customer service, as well as management of the daily schedule for the plumbing technicians and all necessary office administrative daily tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls and gathering customer information
• Book and dispatch appointments for plumbing technicians using our data base
• Return customer calls
• Respond to plumbing service requests from various apps and websites
• Daily office tasks as assigned
• This position is a part time position with the potential to become a full time position

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience either in person or over the phone
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent listening & strong communication skills
• Must be well organized, punctual and present yourself in a professional manner
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient in various types of computer software, especially Microsoft, Google, Apple, & Social media is required
• Advanced level of spoken and written English
• Self-Motivated & Career Minded
• Must have previous experience with the scheduling platform Service Titan.
