Looking for a customer service representative for our commercial team in East Hills, NY. JSM Brokerage is a high volume insurance agency assisting individuals and business owners with their insurance needs. Position would entail:
-Answering service and sales phone calls
-Working with commercial clients on claim reporting, taking payments, certificate requests, etc.
-Providing basic insurance servicing requests for clientele
-Working and documenting details in our agency management system
The position does not require insurance experience, but we prefer at least 2 years of customer service background or experience in a related field. Must have a positive attitude and strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, and Word.), Adobe, etc.
Must be highly organized with ability to multi task, manage and write professional emails, and learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
This is an in-person position for our East Hills office Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
