Midland Scientific is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys the Science industry. We’re looking for somebody who can interact with our customers, sales team and suppliers via phone and email to provide information in response to inquiries about products & services, process orders, and resolve complaints. Working hours are Monday - Friday, regular business hours.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service/account management experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a laboratory preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Chemistry preferred
  • Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a customer focused mindset
  • Shows initiative and enjoys working as a team
  • Strong ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
