We are recruiting for teammates to join us at DOGINHOUSE Pet Resort located at 2770 W. Rasmussen Road, Bldg. FPark City, UT 84098, that offers top of market pet care in a safe and clean environment. You will be joining a team of pet lovers who takes care of dogs and cats while the pet parents are out and about.
Here's what you will be doing:
- Provide world-class service to all our customers, humans and pets alike
- Assisting customers as they drop off and pick up their pets
- Have a thorough knowledge of each of our products/services.
- Have exceptional communication and listening skills
- Ensure that all clients have a positive experience as you are often perceived as the "face" of our pet resort
- Have a positive attitude, the ability to handle multiple challenges at once, and ability to learn quickly
- Must love people and dogs!
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with a computer system, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a passion for animals. We do require a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and have a team mentality. You will be working in an individual as well as a team setting. We do require animal handling, attention to detail, and customer service experience.
