Precision Garage Door Service is a growing local family-owned garage door service company that services the Portland OR/Vancouver, WA metro area. Precision Garage Door Service is currently seeking Customer Service Rep/Scheduler to work 4 or 5 days per week including Fri, Sat & Sun. Can work 4 10's or 5 8's. Customer service skills and great communication skills are needed as is office experience and we will train you on the products and services we offer.

Job Duties:

• Taking inbound calls from prospects or existing customers, answering product and service questions, scheduling appointments related to garage doors and garage door openers
• Making outbound follow up calls to customers who had us to their home for estimates in order to close sales.
• Making outbound calls to save customers who did not book with our company the first time.
• Creating and updating information in our computer systems while focusing on maintaining a high level of accuracy and responding quickly.
• Ability to make quick decisions and understand customer's needs.
• Data entry and other areas of administrative work.
• This is an immediate opening so you MUST be in the Portland area and available to start asap (2-weeks notice to previous employer acceptable).
• Occasional errands or delivery of parts. Valid Oregon or Washington driver license and good driving record required for this part.

The ideal candidate should enjoy a fast-paced environment utilizing their skills and abilities with: customer service, sales, excellent accuracy, ability to prioritize work, problem solving, listening, phone skills, analyzing Information, multi-tasking, and excellent organizational skills. Job Requirements: General knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email, Filing, Copying, search engine use. Service and Sales Tech Dispatch knowledge of the local area a plus High School Diploma minimum

• Experience with customer service and an office environment preferred
• Work schedule- Friday - Tuesday (or Friday-Monday (4 10 hr days)
