Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

• Answer phone calls, emails and send requests to customers relating to quotes, pricing, product availability, order status changes, shipment tracking, returns, and product questions.
• Ensure customer orders are entered in a timely manner.
• Educate dealers on our product offerings, the product features, and benefits.
• Develop technical and application knowledge of Ballantine products.
• Work with the customer to help determine the parts they need for their equipment.
• Make outbound phone calls daily to prospects and existing customers to generate business.
• Recommend product to customers and dealers based on their needs.
• Monitor backorders and proactively communicate change with customers.

• Excellent PC and internet skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in aftermarket parts, such as parts counter sales, research applications and cross referencing by models.
• 3+ year of Customer Service experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
