Job Description:

At Umgee USA, we’re dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. As our customers’ point of contact, you’ll assist customers through order processing (data entry), delivery information, product knowledge, problem-solving, follow-up and invoicing completed orders. Our Customer Service Representatives handle a high volume of incoming & outgoing customer service calls. You must demonstrate strong detail-orientation, a positive demeanor, good verbal and written communications and must be professional at all times.

Most importantly, Umgee Customer Service Representatives go beyond processing orders – you’ll build relationships with clients to understand their fashion needs and identify solutions that will help improve their business goals! Every day is an opportunity for you to turn another Umgee visitor into a loyal customer through the relationships built.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences and to be invigorated by constant interaction through phone and email
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and creatively
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently invoice and bill orders
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to address and process customer orders with good verbal and written and communication skills, and must be professional in all areas mentioned
  • Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
  • Must be skilled in the usage of all Microsoft and other programs as defined by Umgee USA
  • Strong interest in fashion, particularly women’s fashion, and agility at learning new products and trends

Additional Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

  • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred
