Already have either an active Property & Casualty Claims Adjuster or Personal Lines License? We'd love to have you onboard. We value your investment in yourself to study and pass the insurance exam in your current state. We'll help expand on that experience and grow by paying for you to be reciprocally licenses in other states and invest in your continuing education credits, as well as any renewal costs.

This position requires that you reside within 60 miles of Oklahoma City, OK.

What You'll be Doing

Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

You'll report to a Team lead. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

As a Licensed Claims Adjuster, during a Typical Day, You'll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Investigate, evaluate, and adjust low to moderately complex claims presented by or against insureds to confirm coverage, and determine legal liability and equitably settle/defend in compliance with all state regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with and/or direct vendors and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolutions
  • Support workload surges and/or catastrophe operations as needed during catastrophic events
  • Contribute to business goals, performance metrics, and effectively uses tools & technology

What You Bring to the Role

  • Active Property & Casualty Claims Adjuster or Personal Lines License or desire to train and become one
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
  • Aptitude to acquire and apply basic knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance claims and industry products, services, and processes to include P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages and the claim handling process and procedures.
