Customer Service Representative (FT) Plus commision

BDC representatives, or business development center representatives, are responsible for identifying and securing new sales leads, and maintaining client relationships.
Hourly + Bonuses
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Improve engagement and relationship building with phone ups and other leads and raise appointment conversion rates for sales.
    • Expectations: Booking 80-100 leads a month.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries using Facebook, OfferUp and Dealer Pro.
  • Logging customer details and comments into CRM.
  • Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
  • Eliminate or reduce missed calls, hang ups, and other mishaps, especially during periods of high call and floor traffic volumes. Return any missed calls.
  • Follow the “round robin” procedures by not playing favorites to any one sales person.
  • Deliver more consistent and persistent follow-up, and drive retention CALL-TEXT-EMAIL!
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
  • Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

While my other friends were chasing after girls, we were busy chasing cars. At an early age we figured out we were car fanatics. So we opened our first location in 2004, which had an inventory of only 10 cars. After serving customers well, we started doubling up inventory every year. Results were so good that people figured out the place where you can get a luxury car for a good price without getting ripped off.
