Job Description:

This role is the core of communication in our organization. It requires positive, professional, and initiative-taking service to meet the needs of both our external and internal customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Managing an established customer base

· Providing customers with consistent communication and reporting

· Improving external customer relationships by understanding their product needs, timelines, and priorities

· Processing orders and updating information in company software

· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, prospective customers, and Team Members

· Supplying timely and effective communication/solutions

Qualifications and Skills:

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers

· Service attitude

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

· Computer knowledge of Windows based order system preferred

· Customer Service, Sales, or Metal Manufacturing experience a plus
