As an Avantive associate, you are part of our Customer Support team, and your passion for providing an exceptional customer experience contributes to our world-class level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the first line of contact to customers nationwide, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each customer.

What Do We Need from You?
- Serve as Avantive Solutions frontline team to resolve issues, answer questions and shop online for callers.
- Provide the right solutions for our customers
- Have fun and be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities.
- Adhere to daily schedules to handle inbound calls.
- Daily phone calls may increase during peak season.
One year of call center or sales experience preferred, High School diploma or GED required with the ability to pass a drug screen and background check upon hire.
Both English-speaking and Bilingual Spanish/English agents are needed!
