Imprimis Group, Inc. has partnered with a leading recycling services client in The Colony, TX that is hiring for Customer Service Representatives. Our client is growing and hiring top talent to join their customer service team. This role is to support the companies clients and venders via phone and email to maintain strong relationships and expectations while exceeding client expectations.

CSR LEVEL I | REMOTE– THE COLONY, TX

$16/HOUR | CONTRACT TO HIRE

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1 years customer service in a client support role, customer interfacing experience including retail acceptable
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook, and comfortable with internet research
  • Attention to detail, articulate and strong written communication skills, ability to multi-task and flexibility
  • Must possess excellent organization skills, be a team player and deadline driven
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and client records

Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Heavy interaction with clients and vendors via inbound calls and follow up via outbound calls and emails (Outlook)
  • Manage inbound CRM system in a queue setting
  • Log into CRM System daily as required by company standard operating procedure
  • Follow up on outstanding issues and escalations in a timely manner to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Dispatch service requests and follow through to ensure service completion
  • Heavy email and phone communication with clients and vendors, including corporate level interactions
  • Reference client master files to seek out price for services/waste streams
  • Assist with online research as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
