Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Residential Service
Position Summary:
Dupree Plumbing is a local family-owned company for over 60-years and growing. We are seeking a CSR (Customer Service Representative) in our Residential Service department. The right person will be passionate about great customer service, have experience working with dispatch operating software programs, Service Titan is a major plus! Plumbing or HVAC industry experience is preferred. You must be very detailed oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Typical office hours are 7:30 to 4:30pm, but with some after-hours lead booking rotation and overtime possible. We are not a 24/7 shop but do have rotating technician schedules and after hour lead booking requirements.
Essential Functions:
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, mail, etc)
o Phones should be answered in two rings or less
· Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents for staff if needed
· Ability to sit for long periods of time
· Ability to speak clearly and wear a headset for phone usage as necessary
- Acts as backup for Dispatch
- General office support

Preferred Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
· 1-3 years customer service experience
