We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a very important client.
Location - San Jose, CA
Shift - 1st 8am to 5pm
Pay - $26.00
Your Key Responsibilities
Receive inquiries and complaints regarding company products and/or services.
· Investigate and resolve a variety of problems.
· Generate orders, create standard quotes, credits to bills/orders, etc.
· May go to customer’s website for correspondence and confirm, change or cancel the orders.
· Champion activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
· Track shipments, orders, reworks, etc.
About the Role
In the Customer Service Representative, you will be the customer’s voice within the company to communicate their delivery needs and share any shortfalls from production back to the customer. All communications to the customer will go through you from planning, quality, and shipping.
As a Customer Service Representative you will find a challenging opportunity producing high-quality products that will serve leading companies in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, sustainable energy production, medical equipment, and food safety. You will contribute to meeting customer expectations via sales order entry and working closely with planning. You will help champion setting up customer service support in Mexico to support San Jose and your activities as we grow. You will be working directly with the Customer Service Team Leader for San Jose and Santa Clara.
Working within our constructive culture as the Customer Service Representative you will advance and develop your autonomy, mastery and purpose, through coaching and leadership provided by your team leader.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
· High-school graduate/GED
· Preferred Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (1-5 years)
