Customer Service Specialist/Inventory Specialist

Looking for an entry-level customer service professional to join our fast-paced front desk team!

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a customer-service/inventory specialist orientated individual to perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently with a smile on your face. The successful applicant should have purchasing/inventory experience and be proficient in Excel and Outlook. He/she should also possess excellent communication skills. Job duties may include:

  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Check in/out salon/clinic clients
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail
  • Run errands, as assigned
  • Handle inbound calls
  • Serve as primary point of contact
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
  • Conducting physical inventory
  • Recording inventory & review discrepancies
  • Generating & processing orders
  • Receiving & shelving shipments
  • Pricing & stocking retail product
  • Dispensing product
  • Maintaining dispensary/stockrooms
  • Communicating with staff, students, and vendors


Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must have great people skills and enjoy working with the public and students in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Some experience answering phones, booking appointments, and tracking inventory


Hours and Availability: Monday - Friday (7:45 AM - 1:15 PM; Maximum of 29 hours per week)
