Purpose:
We are currently looking to hire someone for electric section as known as ECOTEK at Santa Ana location.

We are ECO TOWN—an eco-friendly reuse store coming from Japan where there has already been approximate 900 stores. We Buy & Sell your unwanted reusable items.
At ECOTOWN, we clean, repair, and inspect our products for proper operation. Our goal is to prepare our products to be reused by our customers as if the products were new. Let’s live a greener and sustainable life in California!!
Due to our store performance is really increasing, we're planning to open new location for only electric items like a PC, Audio, Music Instruments, Camera, Games, etc...

Prior to the opening of the new store, we will strengthen the electric section at the Santa Ana store. we are actively looking to hire and train hungry, competitive, and non-experienced individuals for our customer service associate for our toy's department . Responsibilities:
Present and buy unwanted items from selling customers and sell them to buying customers with proper clean-up and maintenance
Ensure that our customers have a fun, safe and clean environment in which to shop

Qualifications:
Positive engaging and friendly attitude with a strong desire to provide a great experience to each customer.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new products and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Great personality and people skills.
Sharp, professional demeanor.

Experience with cash handling.
Proven record of delivering good customer service.
Basic ten-key and computer knowledge
Informing customers about available products and services.
Secure profession of at least one of the following items we handle;
Audio, PC, Camera, Music, etc...

Education: Required:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
