SUMMARY

No Trax, a Justrite Safety Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its Bedford Park, IL location. A Customer Service Representative fosters an excellent customer service experience while increasing our customers’ average lifetime value and grows revenue. The Customer Service team handles inquiries, quote requests, product pricing, and purchase orders with an accommodating and informative attitude while delivering a positive experience for every customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process incoming orders, quote requests, and other inquiries via phone, e-mail, chat, and web
  • Identify and fulfill the customers’ immediate needs
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships by going beyond the standard customer’s expectations
  • Prepare customer credits, return authorizations, and order corrections for processing
  • Prepare product quotations quickly and accurately
  • Act as a general liaison between the customer and the company
  • Communicate all critical information, along with providing vital input and feedback to management
  • Act quickly when errors occur to correct mistake(s) and ease our customers’ burden
  • Key information into system according to standard company procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of company and department operations to meet the needs of the customer
  • Work in an energetic team environment and communicate with coworkers in a respectful manner
  • Complete all assignments and commitments in a timely manner
  • Keep customers aware of any changes and update the customers website and or portals with pertinent details
  • Engage in regular learning and training for personal and professional growth and development
  • Continuously communicate successes, needs, and challenges to Customer Service Manager
  • Work independently and with teammates to meet challenges head-on

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have experience in Infor Syteline ERP
  • High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum 3-5 years previous experience in a c/s order entry / MFG environment
  • Good reading, spelling, and comprehension skills
  • Must be able to learn and operate software, and accurate typing skills
  • Must demonstrate close attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic working environment
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Be punctual and dependable – arrive on time for assigned work shift
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Attend department and company meetings, and participate in proactive team efforts to meet goals
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
  • Good command of Spanish and English, both written and verbal
