What Will You Do?

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs

  • Help build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better assist our clients

  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers, representatives, and regional sales managers

  • Resolve customer complaints and help identify process improvements to prevent additional issues

  • Generate progress reports/spreadsheets for clients and senior leaders within the organization

  • Enter and review orders and returns for completeness. Work with customers and representatives to ensure all necessary information is received

  • Liaise with planning and production to trace or accelerate shipments

  • Provide technical assistance with help from applications engineering regarding products, approval drawings, owner manuals, and customer submittals

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or one to three years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role and a high school diploma required

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Proven ability to learn and apply the knowledge gained

  • Prior experience using an ERP system a plus

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Work performed in office setting as well as remote

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
