We are currently looking for a full time Admin Manager to join our team.

Who are we looking for?

Our Customer Service Representative will head up our administration and sales team, coordinate our administrative systems and develop new procedures to make our team more efficient while maintaining our incredible customer service.

Your duties will include;

· Coordinating with our Production Manager and CEO.

· Assisting in tasks with our sales and administration team.

· Manage our internal systems including the CRM, website and emails.

· Assist with sales emails and telephone calls.

· Leading and participating in team meetings

· Identifying improvement opportunities throughout the company.

· Assisting with hiring and training our Administrative Ninjas.

· Manage personnel information including completing payroll bi-weekly.

· Perform general office duties as needed.
