Description
The candidate will support the 502d CEG/CES in the areas of facility maintenance reporting and will serve as a subject matter expert in database management. The candidate will:
- Review Civil Engineering (CE) preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair database inputs from customer service, CE shops, and other sources.
- Assist CE shops with inputting scheduling, technician coordination, supply tracking, and preventive and corrective maintenance data.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) to identify data errors and to ensure proper work order closeout.
- Attending internal meetings within 502d CES and updating progress.
Required:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- 4-year Degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Relevant experience working with the US Air Force or other DoD agencies.
- Working knowledge of NexGen IT
- Secret Clearance
