JOB DETAILS
Responsible for increasing the integrity, digitalization, integration, use and syndication of the organizations data relating to products, sales, and marketing. Make ongoing recommendations based on analysis of data and usage of data systems to improve the organization's ability to leverage information.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Create and maintain processes, standards, and controls to constantly improve CRM and Product Data Accuracy to maximize effectiveness.
· Maintain and manage product data including but not limited to: Website, Pricing Documents, ERP, Libraries and Customer and Industry Syndications.
· Maintain and update data which drives company website, publications, and customer related interfaces.
· Design, develop, and modify data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis, reporting and utilization.
· Transfer and organize data from hard copy and disparate sources into common digital databases.
· Validate data attributes and integrations to ensure accuracy and make any necessary adaptions to maximize effectiveness.
· Oversee the integration of new technologies and innovations into data standards and structures.
· Evaluate the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by aligning them with business requirements and expected outcomes.
· Assess system performance and make recommendations for data storage improvements to optimize use.
· Analyze data for quality improvement purposes.
· Ensure data management procedures comply with standard company
policies.
· Work with multiple departments and external systems and vendors for
the collection attributes, feeds, and integration into meaningful alignment
with systems and business objectives.
· Work with IT to identify process improvement opportunities, data
attribute standards, system modifications, new systems
recommendations (example PIM) and devise data governance strategies.
· Report to management the status of data projects, compliance, usage,
and analytics to aid in determining effectiveness and business decision
support.

Required Education / Experience / Skills
· Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Related Field
· 2-5 Years Previous Experience in Marketing and Sales Environment
· Proficient Verbal and Written English Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
