Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the construction, evolution and administration of Caribou Coffee’s enterprise data warehouse and accompanying reporting and analytics tools. The role interacts and collaborates with leadership, cross functional teams, software vendors, and consultants to provides direction to design, plan and implement the company’s data vision. This role requires an understanding of current technology and commitment to maintaining awareness, skills and knowledge for technologies that may benefit the company in the future. In addition, they will educates and assist business users seeking to leverage the company’s enterprise data to accomplish business goals.
DOING –
What you deliver:
- Evaluates requests for new data and reports. Identifies scope and effort. Works with management to prioritize. Creates and maintains enterprise reporting roadmap.
- Plans and manages enterprise data warehouse projects including integrations from source systems, design and development of reporting structures and reports; identifies tasks for functional and technical staff.
- Creates reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations utilizing Power BI
- Troubleshoots production environment; provides support to research, resolve and document enterprise data warehouse problems.
- Work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Manage day to day actives for the data solutions teams to enable effective business operations.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and 5-8 years of related work experience with an emphasis in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
- Experience with data modeling, architecture, and analysis.
- Experience with Power BI for data modeling and creating visualizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Analysis Services).
- Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong financial and business background.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail or food service industry.
