The Ottawa Dental Laboratory, founded in 1937, is a family owned and operated business located in Ottawa, IL, and is seeking candidates for the position of Data Entry at our Greendale, WI location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with case workflow between production, customers, and delivery team of multiple facilities
- Data Entry / Invoice Cases
- Check, pack and sort out-going cases
- Delivery Confirmation & scheduling edits with production
- Interact with customers via telephone; inbound & outbound
- Facilitate customer interaction tracking via CRM
- Collaborate with others to refine the customer experience (Customer Ready)
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, have strong computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a multi-tasking team environment. This position entails light to moderate lifting and both sitting and standing for variable periods of time during the shift.
Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday
We will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
