Data Entry Clerk Job at Freelance Abstracting Company, LLC
Seeking self-motivated typists with a keen eye for detail, dependable to work in independent (limitedly supervised) environments, to achieve daily keying goals. Successful Data Entry Keyer sets and meets daily and weekly quota goals depending upon available data. Keyer will key data from an array of different real estate documents using our proprietary Data Entry and AI Computer Vision software .

SUCCESS ESSENTIALS:

EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Knowledge of ten-key touch typing system is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Real Estate matters is preferred but not required
Prior Data Entry experience is preferred but not required.
Experienced Typist is preferred but not required.
PERFORMANCE:
Use our custom software to fulfill daily work objectives.
Use County systems to retrieve and key real estate records.
Ensure Data Entry tasks are completed daily.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have a Windows Based Laptop to perform this job.
Candidate must have reliable transportation.
SCHEDULE:
Candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday 8 to 5.
Part-time or full-time availability.
EXPECTATIONS:
We expect weekly growth from our Data Entry Keyers and we expect keyers to be keying data within 5 to 7 days of taking this position.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
