Data Entry Specialist Job at Genpact LLC
***This is an onsite Position***
In this role, you will be responsible booking shipments to vendors and customers, of aviation parts and engines. You will function as a shipping clerk, excel report and assist in any other necessary areas for our aviation client. You will be expected to be focused, have great attention to detail, be able to prioritize tasks, and work as a team towards deadlines and task resolution.
Responsibilities
- Support Daily Excel Reporting
- Process shipments to vendors
- Process shipments to customers
- Track packages
- Operate in multiple customer systems
- Create weekly reports and distribute
- Ship items using multiple forms of transport
- Attend customer meetings related assigned business process and supply as the need arises
- File and Scan
- Cancel or Hotshot shipments as necessary
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Advance Excel skills
- Good Writing/Email skills (MS Outlook)
- Good Interpersonal, Time Management & Planning skills Preferred qualifications
- Supply Chain Knowledge preferred (Aviation or Repairs are a bonus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
