We are seeking out a positive, team-oriented individual who possesses organizational creative problem-solving skills while being able to pay close attention to detail. We are currently staffing in the WNY area and are looking for the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and other digital platforms preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
- Proficient with MS Office applications, Excel, and Adobe
- You must complete and pass a pre-employment assessment, reference check, background check, and drug screening
- Must be available for a full-time schedule
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing vendor invoices and employee expenses for data entry and payments within very tight deadlines.
- Completes assigned work promptly and responds to requests for information using various software applications and accounting systems.
