RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Digital leadership team to define the YES App data strategy, providing analytical insights and defining success metrics and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal (digital/marketing) and external (vendors/developers) stakeholders on implementing data warehousing processes in line with business needs
• Manage streaming analytics platforms and report to key stakeholders on a regular basis
• Support core marketing measurement through the development, automation and maintenance of data models and dashboards

• Responsible for expanding team’s analytic capabilities, potentially including advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms

• Lead exploration of media measurement across YES App content

• Query and analyze raw data across YES streaming platforms, identifying and communicating consumer trends in partnership with Business Development team

• Access and manipulate data via APIs

• Create professional presentations and reports to communicate findings

• Special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years' experience in data science, analytics, marketing, and / or statistics

• BS/BA in computer science, statistics, engineering or related quantitative field (graduate degree optional)

• Track record of technical leadership in work and/or academic setting

• Experience generating key insights from raw data
• Passion for intersection of sports / entertainment and technology
• Experience managing analytics dashboards and producing associated reports in accurate and timely manner

• Self-starter with ability to define day-to-day responsibilities in line with business objectives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• Software: Proficiency in one or more of SQL, Python, R
