Position Overview: The Database Analyst provides database support and administration to the organization by developing, analyzing, maintaining and implementing new applications within the database. The Database Analyst will also be responsible for creating reports for different divisions and departments of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all company databases including ADaM, Global Search, Lytx, MDM, etc.
• Ensure data compliance and integrity
• Define and implement security protocols
• Manage users
• Schedule and maintain automations, notifications, archives, and reports
• Define and execute procedures for testing and implementing new applications within databases
• Author, publish and maintain business reports utilizing Targit BI, Excel, ADaM and other programs
• Work with departments to understand needs and develop reports
• Draft training documentation and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Education/Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems (ADaM preferred, but others OK)
• Experience with Business Intelligence software packages (Targit preferred, but others OK)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform software
• Experience authoring business reports

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expertise with Excel and MS Query
• Strong skills in other Microsoft Office programs
• Strong skills in other Microsoft Office programs
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate verbally and in writing with team members throughout the company at all levels
• Works well in a team setting and independently, as the situation requires
• Demonstrates effective time management skills

Work Schedule

• This is a fulltime position Monday-Friday 8 hour days
