The ideal candidate should have an engaging personality to provide a warm, caring, safe, and nurturing learning environment in which students can develop physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially. Our Infants and Toddlers Teachers provide loving and caring interaction through play and exploration to help foster each student’s curiosity and growth to master the skills they need to succeed.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 45 hours of Child Growth and Development
• 45 hours in Infant and Toddler Curriculum
• Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
• Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)
